Training on Operationalizing Local Grievance Portal

General Administration Department UT Ladakh in collaboration with NIC Ladakh conducted training sessions in batches to instruct officers on operationalizing the local grievance portal. The training was conducted in two shifts to the officers nominated from the respective departments. The focus was on equipping them with the skills needed to effectively address and manage grievances within their departments.

The primary goal of the training program was to familiarize all designated officers and officials with the essential knowledge and skills required for the effective addressing and management of grievances raised through the grievance portal. The training aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the portal’s functionalities, processes, and tools, enabling participants to navigate and utilize its features proficiently.
