NIC Ladakh undertaken Cleanliness Campaign

“Swachhata hi Seva day” on 1st of October 2023: NIC Ladakh observes Swachhata Divas on 1st October 2023 in NIC Ladakh UT Centre and its two District Centres, Leh & Kargil. The programme started with the administering the Swachhata Pledge “Swachhata hi Seva” followed by cleanliness drive of office space. All the officers and NFE/staff participated in the programme. After the activities in the office the officers and staff took selfie on Selfie Point. Later the staff participated in the “Ek Tarikh Ek Ghanta” – Mega Cleanliness Drive along with the employees of the Civil Secretariat of the UT Administration.

Swachhata-hi-Seva in NIC Ladakh on 17th October 2023: NIC Ladakh undertook weekly Cleanliness drive on 17th October 2023 in NIC Ladakh UT Centre as part of observance of Special Campaign 3.0 from 2nd October 2023 to 31st October 2023. The programme started with the awareness about the Swachhata Special campaign followed by cleaning of the office area, planning and reorganizing the office furniture for beautification and better management of office space. NIC officers and contractual staff of NIC Ladakh UT centre have participated in the campaign. After the activities in the office the officers and the staff took selfie at the designated Selfie Point to highlight the importance of Swachhata in our daily lives.

Swachhata-hi-Seva at NIC District Centre, Leh – The programme started with Pledge taking ceremony followed by cleanliness drive of office spaces. The employees also participated in the Ek Tarik Ek Ghanta – Mega Cleanliness Drive Leh Main Market organized by the District Administration Leh, where the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor administrated the Swachhata Hi Seva pledge.

Swachhata-hi-Seva at NIC District Centre Kargil – NIC Kagil also celebrated the Swachhata hi Seva day with the administrating the Swachhata Pledge followed by cleanliness activities. The employees later participated in the Swachhata programme organized by the District Administration, Kargil. The officers and staff also taken the e-Pledge online and generated certificate of participation.
