Gem Samvad Ladakh

“GeM-Samvaad” was held on 07/01/2019 which is a interaction forum of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) with the buyers (largely Government) and sellers ( Industrialists, suppliers and entrepreneurs from Ladakh), with the aim of integrating sellers on the GeM platform and easing the purchase processes.
The Joint Secretary, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Chief Finance Officer of GeM and the Director GeM participated in the GeM Samvaad.
The GeM Samvaad comprising of two sessions was held at Conference Hall DC Office Leh with Participants from Kargil connected via NIC VC Session.
The first session from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM involved interaction with buyers on GeM including all Drawing and Discussing Officers (DDOs) , District Treasury Officers (DTOs) and Head of Departments (HODs) / District Officers ( prospective buyers on GeM).
The second half from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM involved an interaction with sellers on GeM including commercial organizations, industry bodies, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and entrepreneurs etc.
